Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as charge nurse and coordinate care for residents
• Pass medications accurately and efficiently
• Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
• Maintain detailed charting in MatrixCare EMR
• Collaborate with PT, OT, and social workers to support patient goals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in long‑term care nursing
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12‑hour day shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems, especially MatrixCare
