RN (Registered Nurse) - ER

Location: Bryan, Texas

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Hybrid schedule, some self-scheduling and block scheduling. Specific shift details: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with flexibility to float to College Station campus as needed. Every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess and triage patients efficiently
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in precepting and mentoring as needed
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar ER or trauma setting
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience working in a facility with similar patient volume and trauma level
Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

EMR systems
PulseCheck or Picis
Diltiazem, Cardene, Nitro, Sedation-propofol, fentanyl, levophed administration
Chest tube management, rapid transfusions, and intubated patient care
