Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans
Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize medical equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar setting
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience in neuro and trauma care is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong patient-focused care skills
