Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Troy Hills Center
Perform head-to-toe assessments and develop nursing plans that make a difference
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly in the chart
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
Respond to patient changes and escalate concerns promptly to ensure safety

Qualifications

Current, active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in long term care or skilled nursing is a strong plus
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassionate bedside manner
Ability to pass background checks and required facility onboarding

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
Solid documentation and charting abilities
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
