Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality care to newborns and their families in the NICU
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and respiratory support
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families
• Float to the nursery as needed to support unit staffing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
• Ability to float to nursery units
• Valid travel nurse credentials if applicable
