Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating weekends and every other holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patient care on a medical-surgical and telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Iowa
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
