Shift Type: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (NOC)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa (or compact state)
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing best practices
- Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
