Education
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Stroke, Neuro Intervention
- (Coiling, Stents, Embolization's), Angiogram, Vascular Correct - IR supports 3 service lines: IR Body, Vascular, & Neuro
- Intervention, Tube Checks/Changes, etc.
- Job Duties: Circulate IR Cases and Procedural Sedation. Scrubs to Circulate. The nurses do not scrub procedures
- They monitor & sedate patients
- They also perform pre/post admitting and recovery workflows for the IR patients in the Buck 5 IR location
