Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and optimize clinical informatics systems to enhance patient care
Lead EHR implementation and provide hands-on training to nursing staff
Analyze clinical workflows to identify improvements and ensure efficiency
Ensure data integrity and security across all clinical systems
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to drive technology adoption

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Experience in clinical informatics or health IT preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Understanding of clinical workflows and nursing practices
Project management and change management skills
Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
