Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize clinical informatics systems to enhance patient care
- Lead EHR implementation and provide hands-on training to nursing staff
- Analyze clinical workflows to identify improvements and ensure efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and security across all clinical systems
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to drive technology adoption
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
- Experience in clinical informatics or health IT preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and training abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Understanding of clinical workflows and nursing practices
- Project management and change management skills
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
