• Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection : Unit Information: Location: South Austin Medical Center Building: Main Floor: 6th Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 69477 Discipline: Cell therapy transplant Quantity: 4 Target Start Date: January Shift: Am and PM – 12 hours Call Requirements: None Weekends: rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 24 · Number of Staff – 51 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 CNC, 7RN, 2 PCT o Night Shift - 1CNC, 7 RN, 1PCT · Patient Ratios – 1:3 or 1:4 · Type of equipment – alaris pumps, · EMR – Meditech · Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – 6 Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Oncology experience · Chemo certification through ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy immunotherapy Certificate 15.25 contact hours.
