Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every 3rd weekend, holidays required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) as needed
Administer all respiratory therapy treatments across inpatient, ER, and outpatient areas
Manage ventilators (PB980, Hamilton C1), BiPAP (V60), and high flow oxygen
Work independently as the sole RT in-house when required
Provide care for patients across all age ranges (0-100)

Qualifications

North Dakota Respiratory Therapy License (required at time of submission)
CRT or RRT (RRT preferred) certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and NRP preferred
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
No clinical involvement required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Meditech EMR
Experience with PB980 and Hamilton C1 ventilators, V60 BiPAP
Strong ABG and EKG skills
Comfortable treating all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
Excellent independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
