Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: NOC shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, includes weekends and one holiday per year
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to adult and occasional pediatric patients in the inpatient setting
- Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform analysis
- Set up and manage BiPAP, ventilator, and neb treatments
- Assist with conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
- Support intubations and manage bubble CPAP for level 2 nursery patients
- Collaborate with lead therapist and nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
- RRT or CRT credential required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Must have strong NICU experience with level 2 nursery and bubble CPAP
- Proficiency in ventilator management (PB 980, Philips V60, Respironics Lumis)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator skills and airway management
- ABG draw and analysis
- BiPAP and high-flow oxygen setup
- Nebulized treatments and medication delivery
- Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby
- Neonatal respiratory support for 32+ weeks gestation
