Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU/PICU
• Independently admit and manage ventilator-dependent patients using the Servo-U ventilator
• Set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures
• Administer and monitor non-invasive ventilation including BiPAP and CPAP
• Support neonatal care with Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation
• Document patient care in Epic and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care experience
• Active RRT credential
• PALS certification required
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory therapies
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Servo-U and Drager VN500 ventilators
• Bubble CPAP, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Heliox therapy (invasive and non-invasive)
• Nitric oxide and high-frequency ventilation (HFOV, HFJV)
• Vaportherm and advanced airway management
• Epic documentation system
