Bill Rate: $106,000/year
Benefits

- Relocation $10,000
- Hourly rate range: $38.69 - $56.81
- Annual salary range: $72,000 - $106,000
- Overtime pay after 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide effective respiratory care through patient assessment and diagnostics
- Administer therapeutic treatments based on physician orders and protocols
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Qualifications
- Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification from NBRC
- Active Oregon Respiratory Care License
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 90 days
- PALS certification required within 90 days
- NRP certification required within 6 months
- 2+ years of clinical respiratory care experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care skills for assisting and caring for others
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Time management and prioritization abilities
- Conflict resolution skills for handling disputes
- Social perceptiveness to work with diverse populations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
