Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead patient transfers ensuring safety and comfort
- Perform bladder scans and medication administration with precision
- Conduct dressing changes and support wound care
- Deliver bedside reports and hourly rounding to maintain continuity of care
- Activate bed alarms and monitor patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote teamwork
- Take initiative in patient care and unit operations
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in Texas
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Transfer training and EMR proficiency
- Rehab experience and scoring documentation preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
