Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe and compassionate environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• ACLS and other certifications may be required depending on unit
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in clinical assessments and critical thinking
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
