Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent hospital experience (you've got the skills!)
• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state (NLC)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Time management and ability to prioritize in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
