Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide direct patient care within your full scope of practice
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Communicate with physicians about clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptom management
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
• Guide and support fellow nursing personnel while maintaining Telemetry standards of care
• Take ownership and accountability for the care of your assigned patients

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and boosters preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced Telemetry environment
