Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate patient care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in condition
Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team
Provide patient and family education to support recovery
Maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced telemetry unit

Qualifications

Current and valid California RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
EPIC EMR experience required
Ventilator management experience preferred
COVID-19 vaccination/boosters preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems
Ability to manage ventilator patients
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Quick decision-making and critical thinking under pressure
