Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate changes
- Advocate for resident needs and preferences
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in NY
- Experience in SNF or geriatric care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
