Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

Start Date: 06-11-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 0.9 FTE day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, every third weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Administer medications and treatments following approved techniques and state regulations
Develop and execute individualized care plans that educate patients and families
Document care according to standards of excellence
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to elevate patient safety and experience
Use clinical expertise to support other units as needed

Qualifications

Current and active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification required
CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing or related experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Comfortable floating to other inpatient units as census demands
