Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting with 15-minute rounds and being actively involved in patient care
- Utilizing strong de-escalation and communication skills
- Working collaboratively with mental health techs and other support staff
- Providing high-quality care to adolescents and adults with various diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification required, CPI preferred
- Acute/inpatient experience required
- Strong de-escalation and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- De-escalation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Acute/inpatient experience
- Adolescent experience (preferred)
