• Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Data Collection : Unit Information: Location: St. David’s North Austin Building: Women’s Tower Floor: 3 Order Detail: Facility Department Number: (512)901-1600 Discipline: Antepartum/Postpartum Quantity: Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: AM and PM Call Requirements- none Weekends: rotating General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds -24 · Number of Staff – 26 · Type of staff: 1 charge, 4 RN’s, 1 clerk during day. no PCT’s at night · Patient Ratios – 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity · Type of equipment - · EMR – Meditech and CPN · Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable?
