Location: Dallas, TX

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to progressive care unit (PCU) patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Document accurately in the Meditech EMR system
- Float to med-surg and PCU units as assigned
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or a compact state
- Minimum 1 year of PCU experience
- Current ACLS certification required
- PCU experience is a must-have
- Comfortable with Meditech EMR
- Willingness to float to med-surg and PCU units
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac telemetry monitoring
- Patient assessment and critical thinking
- Meditech EMR proficiency
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
