Shift Type: Variable 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, as per facility needs

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Monitor and assess patients with moderate to high acuity levels
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
Ensure accurate documentation using Cerner electronic health records

Qualifications

Active RN license (compact license accepted)
Minimum 2 years of PCU or ICU experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Ability to float to ED as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Cerner documentation
Skilled in advanced cardiac monitoring and interventions
Knowledge of PCU/ICU protocols and procedures
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
