Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to orthopedic and spine patients throughout their surgical and recovery phases
• Assist with joint replacement and fracture repair procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document care accurately in Meditech EMR
• Educate patients and families on post‑operative care, mobility, and pain management
• Float between units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in Med/Surg or Orthopedic settings
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Chemo certification (preferred for oncology float)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
