Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to orthopedic and medical-surgical patients
• Manage patient load efficiently while maintaining quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with bedside procedures as needed
• Float to inpatient units, CCU, and ED to support staffing needs
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech system

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Patient Care Technician (PCT) with BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work hard and manage patient load
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekend coverage
