Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate surgical perioperative care for pediatric and adult patients
• Perform OR circulating duties to ensure smooth surgical procedures
• Provide PACU coverage during on-call hours to support post-anesthesia recovery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an RN in an operating room setting
• Valid Montana or compact state RN license (must be currently active)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to take call and work rotating shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in OR circulating and perioperative nursing
• Proficient in PACU care for both pediatric and adult populations
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with Point Click EMR
• Commitment to patient safety and teamwork
