Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 12-hour shifts; includes 6 weekend days per schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to oncology and women's surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments, including chemo if certified
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
- Float to other med-surg units as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN or CNA license
- BLS certification required
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Chemo certification preferred
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Ability to work 1:4 or 1:5 patient ratios
- Knowledge of oncology and surgical nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
