Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality oncology nursing care to patients and families
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR
- Educate patients and families about disease process and self‑care
- Ensure compliance with unit protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year experience in oncology or medical‑surgical nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
- Compassionate, detail‑oriented, and patient‑focused
Knowledge & Skills
- Oncology nursing knowledge
- Chemotherapy administration
- EMR proficiency (Meditech)
- Patient assessment
