Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care for critically ill neonates in a Level 4 NICU
- Perform Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes with sterile technique
- Monitor and manage premature infants, cardiac defects, genetic disorders, and surgical cases
- Collaborate with neonatologists and midlevels in a 24/7 care environment
- Float to mother-baby and labor care as needed (baby-specific care)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Level 4 NICU experience required
- Current BLS, NRP, and Cardiac STABLE certifications
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must reside within 50-mile radius of Phoenix (verified by driver's license)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Cerner EMR and Phillips telemetry monitoring
- Expertise in sterile field technique, Foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes
- Strong understanding of neonatal respiratory management and ECMO/cooling protocols
