Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, specialized care to our tiniest patients in a Level 4 NICU environment
Monitor and manage ventilators, isolettes, feeding pumps, and other critical equipment
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 200+ professionals including charge nurses, transport nurses, and respiratory therapists
Deliver family-centered care while adapting to patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1
Document accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of NICU experience required
Preferred: 2 years of Level 4 NICU experience
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude toward change

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
Experience with Meditech and CPN documentation systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Level 4 NICU setting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
