Shift Type: June 11-12, 2026, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $140 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate and support families during their baby's stay
Document patient progress accurately using Epic

Qualifications

Active RN license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred
BLS certification required
Proficiency in Epic electronic health records
Must be available for the specified strike assignment dates

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a high-stress environment
Knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and care protocols
