Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with day, evening, and night options available

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neuro patients in ICU and stepdown settings
Monitor and assess neurological status with precision and compassion
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float between ICU and IMCU units as patient needs arise
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Active RN license verified through Nursys
Minimum 2 years of strong neuro experience in specialty
Current certifications as required by facility
Clean work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
Willingness to float between ICU and stepdown units

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro ICU and IMCU patient care expertise
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
ICU ratios of 1-2 patients, stepdown ratios of 3-4 patients
Ability to adapt quickly between unit environments
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
