Location: Prescott Valley, AZ

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in ICU, PCU, and Med Surg settings
Titrate and manage intravenous drips including sedation, vasopressors, and insulin
Monitor cardiac telemetry and interpret 12-lead EKGs
Collaborate with charge nurses and healthcare team to manage up to 50 inpatient beds
Float to other units as needed, including EC MST, Pediatrics, and West Campus ICU/PCU
Maintain competency across all acuity levels and ensure safe patient ratios

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, or 1 year ICU plus 1 year PCU/Med Surg in a larger facility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
Must pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% within two attempts prior to contract start
Ability to float between units and adapt to varying patient acuities

Knowledge & Skills

Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry monitoring skills
Proficient in titrating sedation, vasopressors, and insulin drips
Experience with ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP support
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
