Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings for changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan or compact state
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of recent MS Tele experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry monitoring
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to interpret basic cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
- Effective teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate patient-centered care approach
