Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for med/surg and pediatric populations
Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly and timely
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
Advocate for patient needs and promote a healing, family-centered environment

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical experience in Medical-Surgical and Pediatric nursing
Comfortable and experienced working 12.5-hour shift blocks
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-first attitude
Able to provide safe, evidence-based care across med/surg and pediatric populations

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical expertise in med/surg nursing principles and pediatric care
Patient assessment, monitoring, and early recognition of changes in condition
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Accurate documentation and familiarity with electronic health records
Effective teamwork, clinical communication, and family education skills
