Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and medical-surgical patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
Administer medications and treatments, including chemotherapy when certified
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to create individualized plans
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and recovery
Document all care accurately and maintain detailed patient records

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Oncology
Chemo certification preferred
BLS certification required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology and Medical/Surgical nursing expertise
Sickle cell patient care experience
Step-down unit familiarity
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
