Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer wound care and manage tracheostomy and ostomy care
• Manage chest tubes, drains, and dialysis assistance
• Operate PCA pumps and administer Heparin
• Coordinate post-operative care for amputations and surgeries
• Ensure 100% medication scanning and controlled substance safety
• Collaborate with a youthful, supportive team to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years of experience
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in wound care, tracheostomy, ostomy, and chest tube management
• Experience with dialysis and PCA pump operation
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
