Location: Muskegon, Michigan

End Date: 10-31-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on condition management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
- ACLS certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Medical-surgical nursing assessment
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Effective communication and teamwork
