Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to Med/Surg patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care and progress in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
- BLS certification
- NIHSS proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast‑paced environments
