Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic med/surg unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered with precision and care
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring continuity of care

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute setting
• Valid, current, full and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Commitment to obtaining TCAR and NIHSS certifications within 6 months of hire

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in acute care and medical-surgical nursing
• Proficiency in patient assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation standards
