Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend, 2 out of 3 major holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to medical-surgical ICU patients including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and cardiogenic shock
Manage and titrate vasopressors, sedatives, and other critical drips
Interpret continuous telemetry monitoring and respond to rhythm changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including attendings, fellows, and residents
Monitor patients on ventilators, CRRT, and other advanced equipment

Qualifications

Two years of recent ICU experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Unrestricted RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Valid driver's license to verify radius compliance

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and assessment skills
Ability to titrate drips and manage complex medications
Telemetry interpretation and rhythm recognition
Ventilator management and troubleshooting
Strong team collaboration and positive attitude
