Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to long term care residents
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and track changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to build care plans
• Document assessments accurately and keep families informed with warmth and clarity
• Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies using your ACLS and BLS training
• Mentor and support nursing assistants and fellow team members throughout your shift

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license, currently in good standing in New York
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Long term care or skilled nursing experience is a wonderful plus
• A caring attitude, strong clinical judgment, and a team-first mindset
