Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic health records (EPIC) for documentation and care planning
• Provide compassionate care to long-term care residents in accordance with facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 1 year Long-Term Care experience
• BSN preferred

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in PC usage and clinical software
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
