Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse populations
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in Iowa
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 0 years of experience (entry-level friendly)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration and IV therapy
- Documentation and charting
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Critical thinking and problem solving
