Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide labor and delivery care for patients over 35 weeks gestation
Manage antepartum and postpartum care for mom/baby couplets
Titrate drips including Magnesium, Oxytocin, and other medications
Assist in neonatal resuscitation and CPAP/BiPAP/high flow management
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to ensure positive outcomes
Float to MSP/ED for patient sitting as needed

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Comfortable with independent decision making in a rural setting
Must pass fit testing for N95 respirator (facial hair must be removable)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in OB Trace Vue electronic fetal monitoring
Experience with antepartum and postpartum drips
Ability to work autonomously in a small unit
Strong communication and teamwork skills
