Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents at Larkin Chase Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the chart
• Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and handoffs
• Follow facility policies including ID/badge requirements and infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) — current and appropriate for practice (RN indicated in job data)
• Registry personnel must bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption
• Ability to complete required agency onboarding and assignment paperwork

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with nursing workflows in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
• Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Time management and organization for shift-based care
• Adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols
