Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to laboring patients and support their birth choices
• Assist with fetal monitoring and advanced obstetric procedures
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries
• Manage postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal resuscitation
• Document patient care using CPN and Meditech systems
• Promote a positive birth experience through couplet care and breastfeeding support

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certification
• Fetal monitoring proficiency
• Ability to spin babies and STABLE skills are a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Labor & Delivery nursing
• Fetal monitoring and interpretation
• Neonatal resuscitation
• IUPC and FSE procedures
• MgSO4 administration
• Postpartum hemorrhage management
• JADA system usage
• Nitrous oxide administration
• Use of CPN and Meditech documentation
