Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care during labor and delivery
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and other procedures
• Provide newborn care immediately after birth
• Circulate and recover patients post‑cesarean
• Administer epidural anesthesia and manage labor support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using CPN and Meditach systems
• Float to support unit staffing and ensure seamless coverage

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Certification in AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP
• Experience with epidural anesthesia and newborn care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends
